Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust are seeking to find an innovative and hardworking Specialist Service Manager to lead and mange the Specialist Services within the CYPF Directorate including Complex Case Management, Secure Unit Health Provision and FCAMHS, delivering safe and effective high quality services, within the available resources, to achieve the team targets.The successful applicant will provide inspirational leadership to the team, ensuring effective implementation, and ongoing delivery, of Trust pathways and protocols. They will provide management and leadership in order that the team can deliver a safe and effective, high quality, compassionate service. They will operate within the available resources aiming to achieve required targets set out in NHSE service specification.The Specialist Service Manager is responsible for providing a safe environment within which all staff can deliver care and support to patients and their significant others. This needs to be done by utilising effective deployment of resources within agreed budgets. The postholder will be expected to engage in ongoing professional development and appraisal, engagement in Quality Improvement initiatives and contribution to the strategic development of the service.
