Job Description

A long term, exclusive partner of ours are looking for a Senior Operations Executive to join their exciting business on a full time, permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work as part of a small, family feel team within an internationalcompany. This role will offer a hybrid approach with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.Main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Day to day line management of the UK operations team
  • Partnering with other divisions
  • Shipping products
  • Managing escalated issues for customers
  • Liaising with sales to ensure stock levels are appropriate
  • Assisting with audits
  • Logistics and supply chain administration
  • Occasional attendance of exhibitions and team meetings in the UK and abroad
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience within a similar role
  • The ability to lead a team with day to day duties
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • IT proficiency
  • Knowledge of shipping or logistics solutions
  • Access to a vehicle due to location
