  • Guide the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrumpractices
  • Guide the team to fill in the intentional gaps left in Agile/Scrumframeworks
  • Coach the Tech Team until Scrum is fully adopted andunderstood
  • Find techniques for effective Product Backlogmanagement
  • Support and the Product Owner(s) with refining and maintaining the ProductBacklog
  • Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlogitems
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Sprint governancedocumentation
  • Facilitate sprint rituals, create agendas and meeting minutes, then follow up with owners until all actions arecomplete
  • Ensurethatgoals,scope,andproductdomainareunderstoodbyeveryoneontheScrum Team as well aspossible
  • Track deadlines, deliverables and resources during the Software Delivery Life Cycle(SDLC)
  • Govern and collate all risks and mitigations throughout theSDLC
  • Buildatrustingandsafeenvironmentwhereproblemscanberaisedwithoutfearofblame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing andproblem-solving
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflictresolution
  • Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove theimpediment
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Workwiththeproductownerastheydevelopareleasestrategy,trackprogress,manage stakeholders, and prioritise thebacklog.
  • Understand the team dynamics and seek to guide them into productive ways of working, promoting whole teamthinking.
  • Leadtheteamthroughproblems,notbyprovidingthesolutionbutbyhelpingthemto identify all the options before deciding themselves what todo.
  • Workwiththewiderorganisationtohelpstakeholdersinteractproductivelywiththescrum team and to establish and environment where scrum can beeffective.
  • Production of sprint MI, e.g. Burndown, Velocity, control charts,defects

  • A positive attitude and strong communicator who is friendly and approachable with the ability to respond to resistance andcriticism
  • Extremely organised and pragmatic with excellent attention todetail
  • Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasingtransparency
  • Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD,etc.
  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, AgileGames.
