This is an exciting opportunity to join a team working across the East of England supporting healthcare systems to deliver a workforce transformation portfolio. We are looking for a self-starter, motivated to make a difference to patient care. You will need to be numerate, curious and with a passion for helping others. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable presenting analytical findings.Previous experience of the NHS is desirable but not essential; above all you must be comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative information, and highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of products. You will share our commitment for high quality information to support organisational decision making.We are looking for someone with excellent research and problem-solving skills, and the creative initiative to source and collate information into effective reports that meet user requirements. You will have the ability to translate complex data and abstract concepts into meaningful information. You will have a flexible and adaptable approach to work with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role. The postholder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager. As the team and the function develops the job description and person specification may be reviewed on an ongoing basis in accordance with the changing needs of the Department and the Organisation.This is a full time, permanent position and the successful applicant will operate from HEEs East of England base: Victoria House, Fulbourn, Cambridge (Working from Home during the Covid period).Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 6 with a full-time starting salary of £31,365, with pay step increases as after 2 years’ service and 5 years service.
