Were looking for a BIN Sponsorship Issuing & ATM Project Manager, if youre looking to be part of a fast paced innovative team, look no further!Cashflows are the market leader in ATM BIN Sponsorship and the principal ATM sponsor for the UK’s leading transaction processor, working with the largest independent ATM deployers (IADs) across Europe.As our BIN Sponsorship Issuing & ATM Project Manager youll be responsible for leading the delivery of ATM BIN sponsorship projects working closely with Schemes, Processors and Independent ATM Deployers. You’ll be the key contact for all ATM Programmes.Delivering a best in class service, you’ll work with all 3rd parties and internal teams to ensure we have the most efficient and optimal way of migrating the issuing BIN programmes and implementing ATM BIN sponsorship opportunities n order to deliver internal external benefits.Youll be part of our Product Management team, reporting to the Head of Product.What youll be doing • Leading, managing & delivering multiple BIN sponsorship ATM projects for Cashflows• Acting as a project first point of contact and customer escalation• Dealing with live customer queries as well as inflight projects• Owning the Customer Statement of Work• Managing project scoping, solution design and facilitation of Scheme processes in order to maximise return on investment• Developing project plans and delivery against them• Managing associated risks and issues• Identifying training needs & training delivery for Customers and internal stakeholders in order to facilitate effective solution handover to BAU• Managing the Customer Sign Off process• Supporting sales pitches as and when required• Consulting with Customers to assist with solution design• Keeping up to date with Scheme developments and knowledge, flagging new product opportunities internally and to existing Customers to drive deeper utilisation of scheme offering across the existing customer baseWhat youll be experienced in • Thorough payments with an issuer or acquirer• Dealing major card schemes - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, UPI, Discover• Deep knowledge of BIN Sponsorship within Issuing and/or ATM industry •Track record of successful delivery of various scheme projects including BIN Sponsorship, processor/scheme certification and ATM projects• Managing projects with complex stakeholder groups, including third parties and vendor dependency• Strong technical knowledge • Strong relationship building abilities• Account Management• Ability to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary• Multi-tasking, working independently and demonstrating a keen attention to detail• Communicating ideas including resistance management• Influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority• Possessing a positive attitude with a team player spirit Required skills
