Job Description

My client is an exciting, leader in their field with an international presence. They are looking for an Operations Assistant to join their family feel team on a full time, permanent basis.Main duties will include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Sending legal terms to new customers
  • Updating the CRM database
  • Invoicing customers and dealing with returns
  • Managing shipment of customers orders
  • Answering the phones and preparing meeting rooms
  • Attending ad-hoc exhibitions and meetings in the UK and abroad
  • General ad-hoc office duties
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience of working within an office
  • Good customer service skills
  • IT proficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work well within a small team
