Theyre now looking for a Hire Manager to help drive the business further and push standards higher than ever. This role will come with an excellent opportunity to progress to a General Manager role for the right candidate.Were looking for someone with a good amount of operations management experience, ideally with a good technical, engineering understanding and commercial awareness. Youll also have outstanding customer management skills and the drive to provide first classservice. You will be involved in the general day to day operations of the business including visiting the customer sites to discuss their need, liaise with them to propose the options and quote, coordinate all the sub hire (manpower, tools, etc..) arrangingall the logistics of getting in to/from site, overseeing all the crewing and the vehicles and managing the project from start to finishno two projects are the same!This role will be an integral part of the business and youll take on the responsibilities of managing the companys daily workload, visiting clients and sites as a brand ambassador, and providing a helping hand with people management and development.When you start your new role, youll receive:
