East of England Provider CollaborativeCambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to host a new commissioning team to support the new East of England Provider Collaborative (EoEPC). The new team will deliver improvements in care for people using specialist mental health services across the East of England region.The initiative is underpinned by the principles of prevention, early intervention, community based provision, and least restrictive practice. There are currently 20 CCGs within the East of England region organised in six STP areas. STPs will remain critical partners in developing and commissioning community alternatives to admission to hospital.The EoEPC supports a population of over six million people, delivering specialist mental health and learning disability services. The six member Trusts are: -• Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) - Lead Provider for Adult Eating Disorder Services• Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) • East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) • Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) – Lead Provider for Medium and Low Secure Mental Health and Learning Disability Services• Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) - Lead Provider for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services• Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT)A single Transformation and Commissioning Team will be established to ensure strategic planning and service development; clinical oversight and quality assurance; contractual, financial and informational oversight.The collaborative is seeking to appoint exceptional individuals to join the new team and to use their vision, talent and ability to make a significant contribution to strategic development, governance and planning of the Collaborative’s business.The following role is available:Governance and Programme Support ManagerThis exciting new post is an opportunity to join and grow with a new team, operating at a regional level. The role needs your senior administrative experience of working directly for a VSM as well as your expertise in programme support. You and you small team will provide a personal assistant / administrative service to the Managing Director; service the Collaborative Board and its Steering Group and provide support to the Programme Management functions.
