Reed Nurse are looking for an E-Roster Team Lead as part of the NHS eRostering vaccination teams,supporting roster coordinators to use of the E-rostering system ensuring staff are utilised and rostered appropriately. Providing advice, guidance and solutions to enhance the use of the software, and support ongoing improvements in the E-Rostering Service.Main Duties and Responsibilities To ensure that the system is fully and accurately maintained so that it meets the needs of the Trust and vaccination centres, providing efficient, cost effective and safe rosters in line with Trust policies.Research & Service Evaluation Monitor roster rule breakages and take appropriate/advisory action with Team Managers. To monitor that Trust Roster Policy and Guidelines and applied by all departments, escalating any issues to the relevant Matrons/Team Managers / Service Managers.To monitor roster production and finalisation schedules on a monthly basis, ensuring that Matrons/Team Managers / Service Managers are made aware of any delays / discrepancies with their teams.To highlight areas requiring roster performance review, and identify possible training needs. Information TechnologySupport all software upgrades and new developments as required, highlighting potential difficulties where necessary. Advise users of software updates and any changes to functionality.Human ResourcesTo ensure that all tasks relating to Payroll are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
