Chicken Guard is the worlds leading manufacturer of automatic hen house door openers. We are based in Fulbourn, just outside of Cambridge. We have come a long way since starting in 2011 and you can now find ChickenGuard in 67 countries worldwide and counting.In 2019, we were awarded the Queens Award for International Trade for Outstanding Short-Term Growth in overseas sales.CGHQ in Cambridge is constantly expanding, with extended warehouse facilities in 2021 to accommodate this impressive growth. Since the first commercial sales properly began in 2013, with a workforce of just two people, ChickenGuard now has almost 60 fulltime employees.While our offices are changing, our old-fashioned values have stayed the same. We still lovingly hand craft each product in our factory, and even though we are growing, we still maintain the family business feeling. We make sure our clients have a real personto talk to, with an in-house Customer Services team. This is where you come in.Who were looking for Written and oral fluency in English. Great communication skills. Intermediate IT skills. A problem-solving and solution-driven individual. A team player with a positive mindset. A quick learner with close attention to detail. Previous experience in Customer Service. Available to work on rotating shift patterns Monday to Fridays including late shifts and some weekends. Familiar with the use of CRMs such as Hubspot or Zendesk. Any European languages (particularly French, Italian or German) are desirable but not essential.About the role:Main duties include: Providing customer support via phone, email and eventually via chat to all our customers and trade partners. Troubleshooting returns and identify the best course of action (repairs and replacements). Processing UPS and DHL shipping labels for replacement parts. Provide feedback to the management team regarding any trends in contact drivers. Navigating different online IT and Microsoft tools to provide a best-in-class service. Provide a great customer experience to all our customers and trade partners making them feel part of the Chickenguard family. Any ad hoc administrative duties.Full training will be provided for the role.Please note this is an office based role although there might be some flexibility to work from home.Hours of work:This role will require some late shifts to service our customers and trade partners in the US and Canada.Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.Rate of Pay:£21,450 salary, plus a performance related bonus.How to applyPlease send your CV and a cover letter to the email provided, or in response to this post,using the reference "Customer Care Assistant"
