Job Description

Ackerman Pierce are currently supporting a Mental Health Facility based in Cambridge, who are looking for an experienced Complaints Manager to join them for a MINIMUM of 3 months.HYBRID POSITION (2 days within the office , 3 days remote)Main requirements - but not limited to:

  • Root and branch review of the trusts complaints process
  • Manage the current process alongside the review
  • Line manage Band 6 Complaints officer and complaints admin staff
  • Effective liaison with PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service)
  • PALS to report into this role
  • Oversight of all complaints into the organisation
  • Management of data and recording on Datix
This is a full time position with an immediate start! Due to the urgency of this position, experience is required. NHS experience is advantageous.We look forward to your application!
