The appointee will be expected to develop a research programme in that theme area.Please be advised that this post is in direct competition with Child and Adolescent Psychiatry CT1/ST4 and Old Age Psychiatry CT1 applicants and an appointment will only be made in 1 of these specialties.Proposed Research:The candidate is free to develop a research project within the remit of their appointed post. The department has a wide ranging research portfolio – including studies using neuroimaging, epidemiology, cognitive neuroscience, neuroimmunology - and an excellent track record supporting young academics in their career progression.Outline the clinical and academic programme post:CPFT hosts the core and higher training scheme and is a leading site nationally for the integration of physical and mental health care.
