Job Description

The appointee will be expected to develop a research programme in that theme area.Please be advised that this post is in direct competition with Medical Microbiology ST3 and Urology ST3 applicants and an appointment will only be made in 1 of these specialties.Proposed Research:This research post will be hosted by our academic Gastroenterology or Hepatology programme depending on interests of ACF. This programme will offer a 3-month research block/ year, in which candidates will do preparatory work towards a training fellowship with particular emphasis on bioinformatics, single cell sequencing and microbiome.Outline the clinical and academic programme post:This post offers an academic NTN with the East of England Gastroenterology training scheme, involving training in both DGHs and major teaching hospitals in Norwich and Cambridge.
