Job Description

Skills Direct Ltd are delighted to be working with a very successful company in Frome, who due to increased work loads are looking to recruitment a Purchase Order Administrator for 24 hours per week on a 6-9 month fixed term contract, that has the potential to become permanent.What you will be doing:To support the Manger with essential administration support, duties to include and not limited to :

  • To enter Purchase Orders on the ERP system.
  • Confirm the supply dates and liaise with the factory
  • Expedite order completing and raise invoice
What you will need to succeed:
  • Need to be highly numerate with high attention to detail.
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills
  • Proficient IT skills include MS: Excel and use of ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Oracle, SAP or QuickBooks desirable but not essential
What you will receive in return :
  • 6-9-month fixed term contract
  • £23,400 per annum pro-rata to 24 hours
  • Flexible part time hours over 3-5 days
  • Option for WFH hybrid after training
