Youll support a range of enquiries by giving information in a friendly and efficient way. Being ateam player is also important as youll want to help those around you.Taking responsibility by finding solutions for our customers, whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies will also be important. Youll also support our greater customer service channels by helping with administration accurately and taking telephonecalls when required.As you increase in confidence and experience, youll work through our supportive accreditation scheme which helps you move through different levels of the role. This not only recognises your new skills but increases you salary at each point.
