Job Description

As a Customer Service Renewals Advisor, youll take calls from RAC members who are looking to renew their cover or wanting to discuss their membership. You will be an expert with our features & benefits of RAC Breakdown Cover to keep them on board.We have an OTE of £28,416 with guaranteed minimum of £23,690 for a 35 hour working week!The shift requirements will fall within our opening hours of MondayFriday 08.0020.00, Saturday and Sunday 09.0017.00To be the best, we want the best. RAC are looking for Customer Sales & Service Advisors who:

  • Are empathetic and able to build rapport with our members, with an outgoing, self-motivated and friendly personality.
  • Are comfortable at overcoming objections
  • Ideally have previous experience working within a regulated environment or in sales and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Can demonstrate resilience in a fast pace sales contact centre and works well towards KPIs under pressure.
  • Have great knowledge retention and recall and can understand customers needs and requirements to ensure you do the right thing for each and every one.
