Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our expanding team in Helsby! The business is on a huge growth phase and already created a number of new positions so these are really exciting times! We are now looking for a Sales Advisor who is experienced in handling a high volume of inbound calls or ‘Live Chats’ from potential customers who are looking for advice and information on their products and through your great service style convert as many enquiries in to sales.This is not a ‘hard sell’ role, its all about delivering great service and accurate information to their customers, full product training will be provided so this is all about your energy and passion for delivering to your customers.This is a hugely exciting time to join and be part of the business growth so give Nicola or Lee a call now on RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contributing to and driving sales by effectively promoting service and developing relationships
  • Achieving sales targets and converting inbound leads
  • Ensuring your product knowledge is passed on to customers to help advise on the best product for them to purchase
  • Responsible for the customer journey, from processing all correct information onto final order
  • Producing detailed and accurate quotations for customers, including finance agreements
  • Managing own quotations lists
  • Adhering to sales team standards checklist
    • IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Previous sales experience in a call center or retail environment, with an understanding of delivering exceptional customer service
  • The capacity to gather information and learn quickly so to make the right recommendation for your customer
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Understanding and influencing customer buying behaviour
  • A competitive, positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to succeed
  • Experience of working towards your own individual targets and as part of a team
  • Live Chat / Instant Messaging experience
  • Drivers licence is essential as you will be required to drive to other stores
