Weve today been instructed by a modern and forward thinking North Cheshire firm where there is now an opportunity for a conveyancing assistant.Commutable from the Wirral, Liverpool, Chester, Warrington, Northwich, Crewe etc.In this conveyancing assistant position you will be required to liaise with estate agents, third parties and clients, generate fee income, work to targets and deputise in the absence of Fee Earners. The successful applicant will be a team player who is customer focused, efficient and well organised with excellent communication skills. Experience in both sales and purchase files is expected. This is not a volume conveyancing that benefits from an excellent location, a great team environment and good progression prospects. Salary depending on experience but likely to be up to £22,000.
