To achieve this, you will be working with a cross-functional team of engineers, sales managers and marketers, proactively meeting the challenges of a busy global sales office. You will use your expertise to advise our customers by phone and email. Progress the sales pipeline and create marketing content and sales tools. (Full training on our specialist products will be given).You’ll also act as the bridge between our users and our product teams to ensure we’re acting on their feedback and continually driving the development of the product.The Role will report to the Business Unit Manager (Fixed & Specialist Units) and will involve the following:
