Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a passionate, focussed, pro-active Sales Manager to work within our established Taxi Sales department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is personable, professional, confident, and eager to make their mark ina successful, rapidly expanding company. Role: Taxi Sales ManagerLocation: Hybrid between Formby and HomeWorking hours: Monday to Saturday, 37.5 hours between 8:00am and 9:00pm on a three-week rolling rota, including 1 in 3 SaturdaysSalary: £31,000 OTEWhat you will be doing:

  • Working closely with line management you will be expected to help develop and implement strategy to increase sales across new and existing client portfolios.
  • You will manage a team of staff, including Team Leaders and Sales Agents. You will be responsible for delivering the sales across the location. This includes telesales, face-to-face, and Account Handling team targets.
  • You will be driving product and sector-specific outbound campaigns, coaching core sales competence and supporting personal development to enhance overall capability.
  • Resource and workflow management are key and utilising data to optimise performance is required to succeed in the role.
  • Experience in optimising telesales opportunities in a high-volume inbound lead environment will be a distinct advantage.
  • Liaison with colleagues in the wider organisation to facilitate improved sales and an element of relationship management with key client partners should be envisaged.
