Summary This highly strategic role will play an important part within the portfolio’s Leadership Team, supporting the General Manager at Formby with all aspects of community engagement and participation. Youll play a fundamental part in supporting the VictoriaRoad and Lifeboat Road Projects.You’ll do this by sharing key messages and information at the right time in the right way to keep key community stakeholders and everyone who loves to visit locally involved and engaged in what’s happening.As well as ensuring our onsite team are fully engagedand involved in both the project and work we do with the local community.Hours: 30 hours per week working mainly 9am to 5pm, 4 days a week, with flexibility to attend community meetings which often take place outside of these times. Regular bank holiday and weekend working is essential to the role as youll be part ofour duty management rota.Salary: FTE £30,225pa Actual £24,180paContract: Fixed term until July 2025Interviews: 10th November. We must ensure we keep everyone informed and able to participate in the decisions we ultimately make regarding theproperty’s future. You will develop and lead on all community related strategic aims and plans, with the support of our OperationsManager and the Senior Programming and Partnerships Officer.It’s a significant role within a busy portfolio, focussing on one major property (Formby) delivering key projects so we will need someone who can take on a challenge.
