Toray Textiles Europe Ltd. are part of a global organisation and the largest manufacturer of woven, dyed polyester and nylon fabrics in Europe. We have also been a key supplier of PPE textiles which have been supplied to hospitals domestically and internationallysupporting key workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.We are based in Mansfield, in the UK and are renowned for our high levels of customer service, innovation, technical expertise and product quality.A permanent and full time vacancy has arisen for a Weaving Production Operator in the Weaving area of the manufacturing process. The position will be based on a multi- shift system, 6am-6pm/6pm-6am. These days will rotate on a weekly basis with the employee working 5 set days Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday one week and the following week 2 days Wednesday and Thursday.If you have a mechanical aptitude and have worked within process manufacturing, you could be the kind of Weaving Production Operator we are looking for. Ideally we would like individuals from a manufacturing background.Interviews will be conducted on site with social distancing measures in place.The Weaving Production Operator will be:

Actively involved with the processes of Weaving

Carrying out regular quality checks.

Proactive in fault finding and correction

Operating as part of a team.

The Weaving Production Operator will possess:

Good analytical skills

Be a good communicator

Be able to work under pressure

A good safety attitude

Attention to detail

A good attendance record
