Specifically, you will identify and convert opportunities to increase brand awareness and supporter acquisition by creating and co-ordinating a range of creative, high impact and cost-effective marketing campaigns. Ensuring that all marketing and acquisition campaigns across the organisation are aligned, you will deepen engagement, drive long term value and guarantee a coherent supporter experience. Additionally, you will oversee the use of our online platforms to monitor, evaluate, enhance and report on the reach and success of our campaigns and events. About YouTo be considered as a Senior Marketing and Acquisition Officer, you will need:- Experience of developing and overseeing digital marketing and acquisition campaigns- Experience of using CMS software- Experience of managing and growing a social media presence across a variety of platforms- Proven experience of managing email communications- Experience of analytics tools and using insights to inform communications- Experience of SEO marketing- Knowledge of HTML & CSS- Knowledge of APIs between CRMs and website etc.- Knowledge of social media channels, particularly of promotion, paid advertising and branding- The ability to use of Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects and similar software- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject- Digital communications trainingIdeally, you will have project management experience and knowledge of using software such as Dimensions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and of CMS platforms such as WordPress.The closing date for applications is 17th January 2023.
