HR and Recruitment - £38,000paDuties and Responsibilities To drive recruitment across the group. To work with the Groups managers to drive best practice in candidate experience. To work with the Groups managers to optimise the onboarding process and pace. To help the business ensure all paperwork for each member of staff is present, filed safely and up to date - where appropriate. To support with general HR issues. The Group uses a specialist external company for detailed advice and processes guidance. However, the successful candidate will often be the first point of contact, particularly for staff. Help with strategic communication within the Groups staff around incentives, benefits, successes etc. Any other responsibilities, as requiredSkills and Experience Required The person must have recruitment experience. The person must have a basic HR knowledge. The person must be able to work in a small, friendly and dynamic team.
