Our client, a leading application provider within the workflow, asset and building management industry, have an excellent opportunity for a Services Administrator with previous experience of project and office administration to join them on a 6-month FTC.Location: Fleet, HampshireSalary: £25-28k per annum plus company benefits Contract: 6 Month Fixed TermThis role performs the relevant administrative processes to support the BEMS Admin team. The Admin team work closely with the BEMS Service & Delivery teams through to Support and ongoing Service.This role will assist with general office administrative support (mail, telephone, stationery, etc). The role reports to the Services Administration Manager for BEMS and works closely with other admin, finance and operations staff.You will support the running of the Small Works process end to end including setting up projects, order processing and equipment ordering, creating and progressing small works/additions through appropriate systems and processes and maintaining timely and accurate processing of all hardware orders including raising POs as required.You will also complete the end-of-day process to book out parts despatched/collected each day and contribute to improving the administrative processes by identifying ways in which they can be automated and to reduce double data entry and the risk of human error.Our ideal applicant will have/be; * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in a polite and clear, friendly manner* Solid process discipline and attention to detail* Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet demanding deadlines* Good IT and systems knowledge including SFDC* High energy with a can-do attitude* Motivated by customer satisfaction - both external and internal* Flexible and adaptable* Easy going under pressure of competing demands* Collaborative* Familiarity with Dimensions would be a bonus, as would experience of working in a fast-moving SaaS business and involvement in European or Global businesseSift have been appointed as the resource partner and we are managing this role on behalf of our client.
