Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Administrator - £22k - £25kWe are recruiting for a strong Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Administrator for a 3 to 6 month contract available in Fleet.The purpose of this position will be to support the Operations and Resources Lead Consultant.This role is a recruitment support and administrative role and will involve some of the following duties:

  • Updating Excel and tracking of candidates
  • Typing up notes into interview packs
  • Organisation of interview packs for candidates and managers
  • Reviewing application, rating and updating status
  • Collating CV’s for the recruiter into shortlists
  • Filing CV’s into relevant folders
  • Emailing applicants to invite them for interviews and booking in calls
  • Sorting and filtering of data to present information to managers
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organised and meticulous with details.Have strong communication skills and learn quickly.Have strong skills on Excel and IT packages in general.You will also be quick to learn and proactive in your approach to new tasks and working within a pressurised environment.There is a possibility that this role could extend further and this will be assessed throughout the contract duration.Immediate interview available for the right applicants.
