  • To support the Product Owner to engage with Customers, Stakeholders, and the Scrum Team to establish, agree, prioritise, evolve, and manage the product requirements within an agile environment.
Job Scope:
  • Support a Verisk UK Personal Injury Claims product
  • Deliver high quality User Stories for Functional and Non-Functional requirements to 1-2 Scrum Teams
  • To accept day to day planning and trade off decisions during Sprint
Key Accountabilities:
  • To maintain a healthy Product Backlog of Epics, Stories and Bugs
  • Work closely with the Product Owner, customers, account managers and business teams to refine the product backlog
  • Ensures that Verisk Claims UK business stakeholders are fully engaged and always informed
  • Produces user stories using INVEST criteria
  • Facilitate discussions between the scrum team and the customer when necessary
  • Accept or reject the functional deliverables from the scrum team on behalf of the Product Owner
  • Co-ordinate and manage system updates
  • Provide subject matter expertise on software functionality
  • Validate and oversee creation of Test Cases and Test Scenarios
  • Validate Test Plans and support the execution of User Acceptance Testing
  • Monitor and ensure timely resolution of system issues
  • Manage system set-up/configuration
  • Support planning and roll-out of pilot/POC projects
  • Always adhere to Verisk UK Claims company policy and procedures
#LI-ME1Qualifications
  • Relevant and current Agile Certification
  • 3 yearsyearsrience as a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner, or equivalent, in an agile software delivery environment" i.e., focusing on the BA experience rather than Personal Injury claims
