They can offer a diverse, flexible and progressive working culture.**The Role**Sitting within the Strategy and Trade team, you will be the translator who sits between the raw analytics and describing it and on-boarding the category teams to a theory or a strategy that needs to be executed for the better of the business.Your initial, primary purpose will be to onboard all of the category buying areas to a new way of thinking, helping them shape the most optimal plan for promotions in every category and helping them build commercially effective long-term promotions.This is a senior role in the team, which requires daily engagement with senior stakeholders. As the organisation is going through a big change in the way that they structure their promotional participation, this is an ever increasingly critical role.Tools used in the role are SQL, Tableau and Excel.*The Individual**The successful candidate will likely have:- good gravitas- a strategic mindset- professional experience either within consultancy, retail or consumer goods industries- excellent visualisation and presentation skills- strong analytical ability- excellent stakeholder engagement skills Required skills
