Job Description

We are looking for two NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Nursery Room Leaders or experienced Nursery Practitioners to join a passionate and dedicated team, following EYFS guidelines. There are two roles available, in the baby room and pre-school room.Duties will include:

  • Leading the team within the specific room and supervising junior members
  • Planning and implementing creative and learning activities for the children
  • Act as key worker and focus on specific children’s needs
  • Follow and put into practice all Health and Safety and safeguarding procedures
  • Having an understanding of child development
  • Following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines
  • Carry out observations, assessments, learning stories and keep profiles up to date
  • Carry out risk assessments and ensuring safety and well being of children at all times
  • Showing parents around room and settling new children
