Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate individual to join our Property Management team as a Data Entry Specialist/Analyst. As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for property management, and a keen interest in the Housing/Buildingsand Building Safety Act. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining large amounts of data, as well as liaising with the internal team, reading leases, deeds, and other property title documents to ensure the database is accurate and up to date.Working hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm (with flexibility of start time).Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately inputting and checking large volumes of data into an in-house database.
  • Reviewing and extracting information from various sources including leases and HM Land Registry.
  • Reading leases, deeds and other property title documents to identify key provisions and analyse title structures.
  • Liaising with internal solicitors to ensure that all legal documents are accurately reflected on the database.
  • Providing high-quality customer service to clients and tenants, both over the phone and in writing.
  • Recommending action following the review of legal documentation including leases and titles.
  • Identifying data discrepancies and reconciling any issues.
  • Assisting with key projects, including the implementation of the Building Safety Act.
Requirements:
  • Would be ideal to have previous experience in property management, particularly in data entry and analysis.
  • A keen interest and understanding of the Housing/Buildings and Building Safety Act.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
