Client Service ExecutiveReference - 1217LEATHERHEAD, SURREY£26,000 and £30,000Our client is looking for an outstanding Client Service Executive who has the diligence and skills to become a valuable member of a client focused financial planning firm. The Financial Success Programme, their unique financial planning process, starts by identifying an individuals life-goals, long-term ambitions and ideals. They combine adviceand on-going support to help their clients achieve these goals through state of the art investment portfolio construction; cashflow planning and modelling; pension and retirement planning; inheritance tax and estate planning and capital protection.The RoleYou will be engaged from the outset in proactively managing our client relationships. Below are some of the activities that you would be expected to undertake:Assist the Financial Planner with all preparatory client analysis and recommendationsPro-actively review the clients financial arrangements with regard to pension, investment and general insurance policies/plansAssist with the preparation of all suitability letters and implementation reportsDraft all in-house reports and recommendations for the Financial Planner to checkLead the annual review of client tax allowance planningAct as a primary point of client contactSpeak to clients to obtain all personal financial informationAttending client meetings when requiredFulfil all action points from client meetings and monitor all application forms sent outWork with your Client Service Assistant to ensure all work is carried out in a timely manner to ensure the delivery of the Financial Success ProgrammeDealing with client correspondence within SLAsBe responsible for client record keeping accuracy and completeness in the offices database systemUsing the offices computerised diary and task allocation systemAssist with booking the Financial Planner appointmentsUndertake additional project work - as and when requiredThe SkillsYou will be a competent and capable individual with a can-do attitude and the following skills:Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skillsConfident with numbers, precise and accurate in documentation and record-keepingPro-active, highly-organised and efficient to enable you to prioritise effectivelyAble to meet deadlines and work well under pressureConfident in dealing with people at all levelsRequirementsEssential:The unrestricted right to work in the UKEnglish at mother tongue or equivalent level2 years + experience at an Advisory or Wealth Management FirmMinimum of 2 industry recognised examsA high standard of proficiency with Microsoft Office productsDesirable:Strong knowledge of Advisor Office and Voyant softwareWhats on offerWell provide you with all the necessary support, training and continued learning you need and:A starting salary between £26,000 and £30,000 depending on experience22 days annual leave + bank holidays + additional holiday will be given during the Christmas period up to a maximum of 3 days + an additional day after 3 years of service and 1 per year thereafter, up to a maximum of 3 additional days5% employee and 5% employer pension contribution
