Sales Administrator - ST4 2RSOur client is one of the leaders in servicing the fast-growing online retail market, supplying personalised gifts to the trade since 2004.Their customer base ranges from independent retailers to major high street retailers along with online and mail order companies.They offer varied and exciting opportunities for career development and personal growth, together with a competitive salary.Sales Administrator Job Purpose and ResponsibilitiesThis is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to take on a varied role encompassing all aspects of customer service to our trade customers, along with providing support for Product, Website and Marketing teams. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you will deliver customer satisfaction at an industry leading level of service.Key accountabilities will include:

  • Processing of orders
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure service levels are on a "right first-time basis"
  • Promote business improvements and processes to deliver industry leading levels of service
  • Creating and maintaining the database of products
  • Sales Administrator Requirements
  • You should be educated to A-Level or equivalent standard, but graduate preferred
  • Previous experience in office administration or equivalent is essential
  • Youll need to have strong IT skills including proficient with Microsoft Office at an advanced level
  • Be highly numerate with strong analytical skills
  • You will need to be flexible in the hours you can work as we work to an annualised hour’s pattern
  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be an advantage to assist with product images
  • The IndividualTo succeed in this role you will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic and methodical team player. With excellent communication skills, someone who can work under their own initiative, can prioritise their workload and has a track record for delivering challenging deadlines.
