Demon Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Security Officer for a client based in Feltham.This role is based in the Distribution Centre of an e commerce companyTHE ROLE WILL BE TEMP TO PERM AFTER 12 WEEKS, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELYCAR DRIVER IS ESSENTIAL AS YOU MAY NEED TO PROVIDE COVER AT AN ALTERNATIVE SITEWorking Hours: Monday - Friday 7.00AM - 7.00PM - 12 HOUR SHIFTPurpose of Job:The role requires you to undertake a wide range of security duties which provide protection for assets, buildings and staff. MUST HOLD AN SIA LICENCE and available to work full time.Key Responsibilities: Perimeter guarding Mail examination Staff searches Patrolling internal and external areas Monitoring CCTV equipment and coordinating Access Control ID checks Alarm activations Stock checks on high value items Monitoring visitors and contractors activity Maintaining high levels of site health and safetyExperience required:Dealing calmly and professionally with all staff and visitorsKnowledge of PC systems and packages required (MS Office)Ability to work effectively and build rapport with multiple stakeholdersAttention to detail, proactive and organised.
