Job Description

Engagement Events ManagerFeltham, London (Hybrid working available)Full Time Temp assignment: 40 hours per week.Rolling contract 3 months (with likely circa 12months on project plan) Pay: £17.30per HourAdecco are seeking an Engagement Events Manager to support in sales events and customer led activities; the ideal individual would be somebody creative, seeking to work autonomously in the orchestrations and project management of enabling sales events fora global client with an expansive IT & technology product portfolio. Individuals with events management and understanding of B2B sales are preferred as you will enable the B2B sales team to hold events and demos in aim of different objectives for a multitudeof their customersOverview Responsibility:In this position, youll be expected to create, coordinate, and orchestrate on the day events with support of the wider experience team you will work with internal stakeholder to build sessions to support the Sales team achieve thieve objectivesin front of customers. Hybrid 3 days in the office and with 2 days at home is an option but please not some flexibility will be required on event/experience daysSkills and Experience:

  • An experienced event or experience creator.
  • In-person event experience required
  • MS Outlook and suite of tools at proficient level to book, management and schedule
  • Customer focused, empathetic, inclusive, and creative; where your customer is the internal sales team this individual would ideally have an appreciation or experience with B2B environment to appreciate the goals of their stakeholder
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service and/or Sales experience
  • Effective problem solving
  • Ability to multitask and complete requests across multiple time lines
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable with a fast pace and ambiguity
  • Commitment to the teams overall success
  • Flexibility and responsiveness
  • Outstanding organisational skills. You have systems and tools to prioritise and execute your to-do list.
