Job Description

SOLICITOR/ CILEX (PRIVATE CLIENT)PQE: 3 YEARS+FELIXSTOWE/ HYBRIDOur well-established client is currently recruiting a Solicitor or a Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their friendly and busy Private Client department.This role requires:

  • Competence in handling Private Client matters.
  • The ability to manage a full caseload, work under pressure to tight deadlines and be very self-motivated.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care.
  • Excellent communications skills.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and will have gained Private Client experience within well-respected firms. They will be skilled at building lasting working relationships with clients, willing to play an active role in theteam’s business development activities and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the Private Client team’s ongoing success.The role
  • The successful candidate will be expected to have experience of handling a full caseload of private client work including Wills, administration of estates, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to be actively involved in marketing and networking.
  • It would be of benefit if the successful candidate was a member of STEP, or willing to become a member.
