HR Rewards specialistLiverpoolUp to £35,000 per annum + Bonus and excellent benefitsThis role is an exciting opportunity to join a large multinational organisation as part of their people team who are dedicated to delivering and influencing the organisation in delivering exceptional HR services.Working alongside a global workforce you will build strong collaborative relationships in order to deliver the best possible employee experience, your responsibilities will include:- The Rewards Specialist will support a dedicated business area- Act as the expert on benefits programs- Resolve complex benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner- Drive alignment of benefits processes across brands and countries- Manage benefits platform, if any, and create and store benefits policy documents in relevant systems- Support wider HR team on complex benefits-related matters- Support Rewards Manager in Rewards activities where relevant and needed (implementation of new benefits, compliance, benefits analysis, benchmarking)- Support Global benefits program roll outs like: WorkFlex , EAP, Wellbeing activities- Manage the relationships with VendorsTo be successful in this role you will be able to be able to demonstrate so key experience in the following areas but also be excited about playing your part in the team:- Demonstrable experience in compensation & benefits processes, within a complex international organisation- UK Benefits experience is essential- Experience of implementing or using a leading global HR system with advanced compensation/benefits functionalities- Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions- Highly analytical approach with a strong eye for detail- Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales and scopeThis is an exciting role with a highly regarded business and although we are sure you are already interested there is more to learn and I am sure you will be please with what you hear with a highly competitive benefits package in place.For immediate impact apply online now!
