Job Description

We are delighted to be working alongside our valued client in Felixstowe to recruit a HR Administrator. The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team and supporting with employee life-cycleadministration, updating HR systems and ensuring anypayroll changes are noted. Our client is happy to consider candidates who have HR experience or strong administrators who have a interest in HR.What will be my key responsibilities

  • Be the first point of call for any HR questions or queries
  • Employee life-cycle administrationincluding producing new starter documents, administering contract changes and any leaver correspondence
  • Updating the HRIS with employee details, ensuring it is accurate at all times
  • Supporting with any changes to payroll information
  • Producing HR reports as required
What skills do I need
  • Previous experienceof working as an administrator
  • Organised and enjoy working in a fast paced environmentwith changingpriorities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A team player
