Job Description

No1 role in finance, reporting into the CEO (acting FD)The Financial Controller will have overall control of the Federations finance function.Client DetailsNot for profit organisation based in Felixstowe. Growing company that prides itself on low staff turnover and providing high levels of care.Description

  • Ensuring the accurate and complete recording of all financial transactions (Xero) and that all transactional, payroll and VAT/tax requirements are met.
  • Ensuring systems are robust, compliant and support future growth.
  • Preparing budgets and monthly management
  • Preparing financial accounts and liaison with auditor
  • Business partner with clinicians
  • Co-ordination and review of the performance against budgets on a quarterly basis and revision of forecasts
  • Line management responsibility of the Finance Team which includes payroll
  • Working with managers to use financial information in the management of the business
  • Review and renewal of all insurance documentation including negotiation of terms and cover
  • Liaison with external professionals such as auditors, insurance brokers and lease providers
