Company description:CEVA Logistics headoffice B.V.Job description:About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Customs Coordinator to join our Customs team based in Felixstowe.In this interesting and varied role, you will be updating job files and entering data accurately into the customs systems, issuing all UCR’ to import operations and 3rd party brokers, collecting relevant information and being sure all documentation is recieved 48 hours of issue of UCR. You will be building relationships with customers to support compliance and growth, resolving any queries within a 24-hour timeframe, so fantastic customer service is necessary. You will also run Management reports, archive all import records & ensure full compliance is adhered too.Ideally, our preferred candidate will have worked in a Customs role before or have had exposure to a customs environment, documentation, terms etc. Excellent time management, organisational skills and a strong communicator.If this sounds like the next step in your career, apply below!
