Shipping Customer ServiceFelixstowe£20,000 to £30,000 DOEFull time, permanentAre you looking for an opportunity to work in the shipping industry but keep hearing that you don’t have the right experienceThis is an excellent opportunity for someone either looking for their first shipping role or have some logistics knowledge and are looking to expand their knowledge of Imports/Export & Customs.This role covers• Imports• Export• Customs clearances• Deep / Short sea & Airfreight• Daily Trailer bookingsWhat experience is required• Logistics knowledge would be ideal but is not essential• Strong IT skills (excel / spreadsheet)• Good communication skills• Working to deadlines• Knowledge of dealing with bookings/orders would be a benefitThis role also includes 25 days holiday and a work schedule of Mon-Fri 9am to 530pm
