Job Description

My client is a small niche agency with a long-established reputation as a leading STEM recruiter, pro-actively sourcing and engaging engineering and scientific professionals across Engineering & Manufacturing, Science, Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, Technology& Electronics. They are based out of modern offices in FarnboroughPurpose of role:

  • To be a focal point between clients and delivery team in order to maximise the vacancy to placement ratio.
  • Advise and manage customer expectations in order to agree the most realistic and best hire within an agreed timescale.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process from vacancy to hire.
  • Coach and communicate to the delivery team the clients’ expectations of technical skills and person specification in order to identify suitable applicants in a prompt manner.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities and agree terms.
  • Support clients and the delivery team with resource strategies.
  • Qualify all applicants thoroughly before submission.
  • Account manager for a portfolio of established and new clients.
The ideal candidate will have solid and demonstratable experience within a Recruitment agency, preferably with a technical background along with the ability to run recruitment campaigns for multiple hires. You will possess a strong track record of successfullyhitting targets and managing the 360 degree recruitment process.
