Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of heat pump solutions that prioritize energy efficiency and sustainability. They are committed to delivering high-quality installations and services to their clients. As part of their commitment to excellence, they preferto maintain an in-house installation team to ensure control over the quality of our projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Heat Pump Account Manager to work closely with our in-house installers and ensure the successful execution ofheat pump installations.Candidates will be based on the Hampshire / Surrey border, who operate throughout the local area, typically within an hour, of Farnborough.Renewables Account Manager Position OverviewThe Heat Pump Account Manager will play a critical role in maintaining a strong relationship with the in-house installation team. This role will primarily involve coordinating, supervising, and supporting our internal installers to ensure efficient and high-qualityheat pump installations. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.Renewables Account Manager Position Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management or account management in the HVAC or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of heat pump technology and installation processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Renewables Account Manager Position Remuneration
  • £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
