Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader, ideally with experience in a regulated environment, to join a key team within an expanding international business. The role will play an essential part in guiding the team, and ensuring they have the necessary directionand support to meet the department’s SLAs. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm with the option to work 2 days a week at home.The Team Leader will:

  • Ensure the team provides the best level of service to customers and the wider teams.
  • Be available, visible, and able to answer any questions.
  • Effectively manage and resolve escalations from the team.
  • Manage performance and training.
  • Provide concise weekly/monthly reporting to management.
  • Onboard and help train new team members.
  • Support the completion of yearly audits.
  • Support and work with the wider product team on new features.
  • Aim to maintain a happy, motivated team.
We’re looking for:
  • Experience supervising a team, ideally in a regulated environment.
  • A confident, approachable people person.
  • A clear communicator and able to use diplomacy and sensitivity.
  • A problem-solver who can assess a situation and identify solutions.
  • Someone who is motivated to kick start their own projects, welcomes challenges, and seeks feedback from others.
  • A person who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond in their work.
