An excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Person/ Handyman to join a reputable lettings agent based in Manchester.The successful Maintenance Person/ Handyman will be hardworking, reliable and have excellent knowledge of general maintenance work, basic plumbing and electrics, as well as basic tradesman duties.The ideal candidate will be an existing tradesman, handyman or maintenance person with experience of basic plumbing, electrics and general building work.Maintenance PersonExperience Needed

Previous Maintenance/ handyman experience
You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
Ideally have experience in basic plumbing and electrics
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
