Howarth Morris are looking to recruit a Treasury Accountant on behalf of a global manufacturing business in Falkirk. A prestigious market leading business with over 50 manufacturing facilities, distribution centres and service centres globally. The RemitWork closely with the Group Treasury Manager to support daily & weekly cash flow forecasting, day-to-day liquidity management, monthly treasury reporting, & assist with treasury projects. Hybrid working on offer.Key Accountabilities* Support the delivery of projects for the groups international operations including cash management, foreign exchange transactions, cash forecasting, transaction execution and other administrative functions.* Partner with the Group Treasury Manager to roll out new cash management software application.* Champion the use and implementation by understanding the software and training and supporting other users where necessary.* Involvement in both International and US cash management.* Support the development of consistent treasury processes and procedures for the Group.* Develop strategies to optimise the cash position for the business.* Work cross functionally internally and externally to achieve business objectives.Candidate Requirements* Experience working in a treasury department.* Relevant treasury and/or accounting qualification (ACT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).* Experience in preparing cash forecasts and treasury reporting.* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with a talent for building meaningful relationships with key partners and leaders at all levels, including external parties.* Multi-currency experience* Experience working with a treasury management system would be advantageous.* Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.* A proven ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed timescales.* Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (youre confident using pivot tables and formulas).Howarth MorrisA leading recruitment business committed to Progressing Businesses and Progressing Careers.
