All the adults you will support have a primary diagnosis of a learning disability and may also have mental health or autism support needs and behaviours that challenge.Theteam work closely with the individual, their families, local community, and professionals to ensure that an individuals care and support is developed with a structured, meaningful and person-centred approach.
