Job Description

As a Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products throughout our supply chain. You will work closely with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and warehouse,to coordinate and manage all aspects of the supply chain process.   • Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials and products.
  • Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Work closely with warehouse team to optimise storage and distribution processes.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance supply chain operations.
Profile
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
