Job Description

Full-time, permanent, Registered Care Manager job vacancy, Falkirk, Stirlingshire - home care experience essential - car driver essential. Key Information

  • £30K - £33K per annum DOE.
  • Branch currently delivering between 1500 - 2000 care hours.
  • Experience in homecare/domiciliary is essential.
  • SVQ4 in Health & Social Care essential.
  • SVQ 4 Leadership & Management essential.
  • Proven track record in managing a home care service.
  • Good knowledge & experience of relevant Care Inspectorate regulations & legislation.
  • Excellent management & people skills.
  • The Opportunity As our Registered Care Manager, you will be overseeing our Falkirk branch and you will be quality focussed. You will be able to put your mark on the service and set the standards for high quality care as well as being a great ambassador for the service. You will inherit an existing team, so you will be an inspiring leader, able to motivate and manage a team of carers, supervisors, and office staff. You will oversee all compliance, as well as taking responsibility for the wellbeing, retention, supervision, and training of home carers.
