Your Company:The team at NET Recruit are partnering with a client who is searching for an experienced Project Manager to operate across Scotland. The business itself offers financial services and is embarking on a mission to ensure that communities across the nation haveaccess to money in a sustainable manner, by setting up banking services in hub form, within these communities and partnering with local banks to gain representation for their services offered, enabling members of the public to access this when they need to.This will role will oversee the designing, building implementation and launching of these hubs, by methodically planning out the process during the project, assigning resources and partnering with suppliers. There will be a strong reliance on the Project Managerto effectively forecast and budget costs and ensure that the projects operate within these guidelines and timescales, providing adequate reporting throughout to senior management.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:* Heading up the planning and implementation of projects within expected timescales and budgets* Creating plans for projects with suppliers and identifying critical paths and ensuring these are managed effectively throughout the project* Conducting evaluation of progress and identification of improvements during periodical reviews and using this information to create reports for governance meetings* Developing and maintaining strong business working relationships with suppliers and project partners to ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently and adhere to timescales, costs, standards and policies * Working alongside the financial team to provide financial reports and budgets, planning forecasts and measuring actual costs against theseWhat you will need to Apply:The business is searching for experienced project managers to apply for this role, with strong resource and people management skills, excellent communication abilities and a high level of attention to detail. This particular role is accepting candidates froma more general project management background, but it would be ideal for the candidate to have exposure to retail fitout or construction project management, in order to grasp the nature of the projects that will be undertaken. It would also be useful forthe candidate to have a good financial or commercial acumen, in order to understand and manage budgets well.What you will get in Return:The company are offering a highly generous starting salary of up to £80,000 dependent on previous experience and knowledge for this role and have stated that this will accompany a peripheral package including an excellent pension contribution, life and medicalinsurance cover and a strong bonus scheme of around 20% to supplement the financial package.Additionally, there will be an exciting workload at all times, whereupon multiple projects will be investigated and there will be ample opportunities for development of skills and knowledge, leading to the expansion of the role, internal growth and career opportunities.The role will operate mostly remotely with the expectation to travel across the region to manage the projects and host meetings when needed.To investigate this role further, please do not hesitate to contact:Joshua Whitton - Recruitment PartnerM: E:
