Contract Scotland are working exclusively with a specialist sub-contractor based in Falkirk to source a Roofing Project Manager. This business has grown to become a key player in the industry, boasting a team of skilled and specialist staff and working ona vast range of projects from £2k to £1.5m. As Project Manager you will lead a range of existing projects and will play a key role in expanding a roofing division bursting with opportunity. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: - Planning and co-ordinating resource. - Ensuring works are carried out in line with programme, drawings, client specifications, and Health & Safety best practice. - Ensuring materials are procured. - Maintaining and developing strong client relationships. To be considered for this role you will be an ambitious and driven individual with a desire to provide a high-quality service and support this business in their growth plans. You will also: - Be a roofer to trade. - Hold a valid CSCS Black and SMSTS. - Have management experience within construction, preferably roofing. Flat roofing experience is desirable but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction manager to join the roofing division of a well established sub-contractor at a key stage in the divisions growth. If operating successfully at Project Manager level this opportunity offers the chance to stepinto a Contracts Manager position.
